The Budapest Convention Bureau is a central player in the MICE ecosystem, aiming to position Budapest, along with the scenic Balaton region and Hungary’s major cities, as leading global congress destinations. While Budapest remains the most attractive MICE destination within Hungary, the countryside boasts large cities attracting international attention and partnerships. Committed to promoting the sustainability of the sector, recognizing the importance of environmental responsibility and social impact. By embracing sustainable practices, BUD CB contributes to the long-term viability and success of the industry. Through strategic event organization, business acquisition support, sales promotion, and continuous analysis of market trends, BUDCB endeavors to attract a greater number of international conferences, congresses, and other business events to Hungary. This comprehensive approach positions Hungary as an appealing destination for a wide range of MICE activities.

Our participants had four fun-filled days from a welcome theme party at Vajdahunyad Castle, to a spectacular farewell black-tie gala at the Spanish Riding Hall with great local entertainment and lots of camaraderie.
